2013 Election Timeframes

This blog is currently being updated with the 2013 Tenants' Association Board Election information. The new timeframes for the 2013 TA are listed in the table below:

Post date of election, positions available and descriptions, Statement of Candidacy instructions, due date and delivery method (e-mail, address) and date of information session on each member’s door	Wed April 24th
Hold information sessions to describe board duties at both West Campus & Storke	Thurs May 9th
Statement of Candidacy due	Wed May 22nd
Receive and verify the eligibility of the candidates and inform the Board of eligible candidates	Wed May 22nd
Post Statements of Candidacy and Voting Instructions on each member’s door	Wed May 29th
Elections held. Online Elections will be open for one week. Each household will be given two votes.	Wed June 5th- Tues June 11th
Declare results of election on web site and by posting posters at the offices and on all available sandwich boards.	Fri June 14th
