2012 Election New Timeframes

This blog is currently being updated with the 2012 Tenants' Association Board Election information. The new timeframes for the 2012 TA are listed in the table below:

Post date of election, positions available and descriptions, Statement of Candidacy instructions, due date and delivery method (e-mail, address) and date of information session on each member’s door	4/26/2012
Hold information sessions to describe board duties at both West Campus & Storke	5/1/2012 5/2/2012
Statement of Candidacy due	5/9/2012
Receive and verify the eligibility of the candidates and inform the Board of eligible candidates	5/12/2012
Post Statements of Candidacy and Voting Instructions on each member’s door	5/16/2012
Elections held. Online Elections will be open for one week. Each household will be given two votes.	5/23/2012
Declare results of election on web site and by posting posters at the offices and on all available sandwich boards.	6/02/2012

Most updated information will be posted right after the 5/2/2012 General Membership meeting.
